Yes. Every pattern comes in English by default, and we're happy to prepare it in your preferred language. Just message us with the pattern name and the language you need.

Yes. Every Halonia piece is crocheted by hand, one at a time. Before your order ships, we send you a preview photo of your finished piece. We're also happy to consider custom colors, sizes, or names.

One flat rate per order: $12.99 to the US & UK, and $18.99 to other countries. US & UK orders with $125+ in handmade products ship free. Most orders arrive in about 7 to 12 days in the US, with tracking included.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, or your package is lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a refund. You can reach us anytime at support@halonia.com.
